Narrative:
During rollout after ILS 36 approach and landing, encountered white out conditions with blowing snow and wind gusts to 45 KTS. Aircraft was forced to edge of runway with possible excursion, right main only. Was able to get back on centerline and continue taxi to taxiway. Braking action not reported by previous aircraft. We reported braking action 'nil.' discontinued taxi several times due to 0/0 visibility required 20 mins to taxi to gate. Note: truck designated to perform braking action test radioed to tower he could not find 17R to perform test.
