Narrative:
On takeoff, TA TCASII at 500 ft approximately 1 mi. Non standard departure (sna), frequency change, and I missed 2000 ft call. We had been cleared to 3000 ft. Going through 3250 ft we caught the error and leveled at 3420 ft and descended to 3000 ft. No comment by controller.
