Narrative:

Upon landing in minot on runway 13, turned on to the right on taxiway delta; prior to landing the first officer called operation to get location where to park aircraft, due to the fact that the tower was closed and we were not familiar with the airport. We were told that our ramp was southwest of runway 8/26. After turning off runway 13 and on taxiway delta after passing taxiway echo, we realized taxiway delta was closed. The first officer called company and they elected to have us back the airplane back to taxiway echo, then taxi to ramp by taxiway echo, runway 26, and bravo. This we did with no further problem. Right main tire went slightly off the intersection of taxiway delta and echo. Aircraft was checked for any damage that might have happened; no damage was found. Minot 11-1 dated 10/90 did not show taxiway delta to be closed. If 11-1 was correct, this mishap would not have occurred.

Narrative: UPON LNDG IN MINOT ON RWY 13, TURNED ON TO THE R ON TAXIWAY DELTA; PRIOR TO LNDG THE FO CALLED OP TO GET LOCATION WHERE TO PARK ACFT, DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE TWR WAS CLOSED AND WE WERE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE ARPT. WE WERE TOLD THAT OUR RAMP WAS SW OF RWY 8/26. AFTER TURNING OFF RWY 13 AND ON TAXIWAY DELTA AFTER PASSING TAXIWAY ECHO, WE REALIZED TAXIWAY DELTA WAS CLOSED. THE FO CALLED COMPANY AND THEY ELECTED TO HAVE US BACK THE AIRPLANE BACK TO TAXIWAY ECHO, THEN TAXI TO RAMP BY TAXIWAY ECHO, RWY 26, AND BRAVO. THIS WE DID WITH NO FURTHER PROBLEM. R MAIN TIRE WENT SLIGHTLY OFF THE INTXN OF TAXIWAY DELTA AND ECHO. ACFT WAS CHKED FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED; NO DAMAGE WAS FOUND.
