Narrative:
While cruising at FL330 I heard a loud rushing air noise and cabin pressure began rising at approximately 5000 FPM. Crew went on oxygen and ran loss of pressurization checklist. Cabin could not be controled and investigation could only determine that noise was coming from back of cargo containers maybe near main cargo door. All cargo door lights indicated closed and no structured problems were noted. I notified shanwick oceanic that I was departing FL330 for FL250 following mmps contingency procedures. Shanwick reclred us to FL250 as I was passing FL290. At FL250 we were able to maintain the cabin at 15000 ft using both packs in maximum flow. Highest altitude cabin reached was approximately 23000 ft. I had first officer obtain new fuel figures and flight plan from our operations and requested new flight route and cruise mach from oceanic. Flight continued to original destination and landed without further incident.
