Narrative:
On ILS 4R hnl. Advised of small twin on a parallel approach to 4L from the right seat. Watching twin turn base until blocked by fuselage. Sitting up in seat to watch twin progress. Next sighting was almost directly underneath from right front window. Non flying told captain to go around. Advised the tower of go around. Tower questioned twin that he was cleared for the left runway. Twin responded that he was lining up for 4L.

Narrative: ON ILS 4R HNL. ADVISED OF SMALL TWIN ON A PARALLEL APCH TO 4L FROM THE R SEAT. WATCHING TWIN TURN BASE UNTIL BLOCKED BY FUSELAGE. SITTING UP IN SEAT TO WATCH TWIN PROGRESS. NEXT SIGHTING WAS ALMOST DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH FROM R FRONT WINDOW. NON FLYING TOLD CAPT TO GAR. ADVISED THE TWR OF GAR. TWR QUESTIONED TWIN THAT HE WAS CLRED FOR THE L RWY. TWIN RESPONDED THAT HE WAS LINING UP FOR 4L.
