Narrative:
Helicopter X left my airspace for mcf (handed off to mcf) mcf flashed the aircraft back to st pete several mins later inside spg air traffic area. Ground control made an observation that ('I wonder if he's been pointed out to spg') I called spg with a point out (he had not been pointed out). The helicopter X flew past spg then turned final for mcf. Mcf called and asked to have helicopter X handed off to mcf.
