Narrative:
I misread an estimate of the navigation display. I.e., estimating waypoint #5 (I don't remember the exact waypoints involved) I read the ETA shown for waypoint #6 which was XY55, the waypoint #5 ETA was shown as XX59. Hnl radio selcaled me back and asked if it was :55 or :59 (not the hour in question but the mins?) anyway, I think I reiterated the 55. We actually crossed the waypoint #5 at XY00Z which was either 2 mins or 1 hour and 2 min off. Commercial radio or center didn't raise any questions or act like anything was amiss so I think they had things figured out. The whole thing was so subtle that I didn't realize the problem. The other 2 crew members weren't aware of the situation because I was using my headset, not the speakers and I didn't really start working this out until after the flight was over.
