Narrative:

I came to work for an FBO operating an light transport in a part 91 requirement. I hold an ATP type rating in the aircraft. However, this airplane is not required to be operated by pilots with type ratings. I completed the required recent flight experience required by far 91 for night, general, and instrument competency. After flying several trips, I discovered that this aircraft requires compliance with 91.5 and 61.58.
