Narrative:
Cruising at FL280, center gave us a descent to FL260. I established 1000 FPM descent. At approximately FL275 we got a yellow symbol on TCASII at 1 O'clock. Simultaneously, ARTCC asked us to 'increase rate of descent' and turn left 30 degree or 40 degree (exact amount I don't remember), and TCASII commanded 'descend' and 2200 FPM vvi. I kicked off autoplt and complied with ARTCC and TCASII at FL265. Problem resolved and I leveled at FL260 as cleared.
