Narrative:
A foreign widebody transport Y was on a high right base to runway 28R (sfo) (8000 ft AGL), and was 'south-turning' to try and lose altitude in order to land. I was on a visual to 28L (sfo), and sustained several TCASII TA's as the widebody transport Y approached me (5 mi final 28L) from above and behind to my right. Sfo tower finally directed 'air carrier Y' to 'go around' ostensibly because he was too high for landing safely. I think this pilot is of questionable competence since he turned base for 28R too high, and did not initiate the 'go around' himself. Also, I seriously doubt he kept me 'in sight.'

SFO TWR FINALLY DIRECTED 'ACR Y' TO 'GAR' OSTENSIBLY BECAUSE HE WAS TOO HIGH FOR LNDG SAFELY. I THINK THIS PLT IS OF QUESTIONABLE COMPETENCE SINCE HE TURNED BASE FOR 28R TOO HIGH, AND DID NOT INITIATE THE 'GAR' HIMSELF. ALSO, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT HE KEPT ME 'IN SIGHT.'
