Narrative:
Our aircraft departed boston logan XX46 local with clearance to 3000 ft and right turn to 300 degree. After contacting departure we were cleared to 4000 ft same heading. ATC then issued a TA of VFR traffic 11 O'clock 3500 ft circling. Our TCASII gave TA followed by monitor vertical speed; followed by RA to climb. As the TCASII was 'talking' ATC was giving us a right turn to a 360 degree heading when able direct mht VOR at 4000 ft. Captain did not have traffic in sight and followed RA from TCASII. The result from the RA climb created an additional conflict from 5000 ft traffic. ATC resolved conflict and kept us at 5000 ft; with further climb to 12000 ft. The situation occurred because of the response of the PF (captain) to a TCASII RA command.

Title: ACR CLBED ABOVE ASSIGNED ALT IN RESPONSE TO TCASII AND CREATED A CONFLICT WITH ANOTHER ACFT.
Narrative: OUR ACFT DEPARTED BOSTON LOGAN XX46 LCL WITH CLRNC TO 3000 FT AND R TURN TO 300 DEG. AFTER CONTACTING DEP WE WERE CLRED TO 4000 FT SAME HDG. ATC THEN ISSUED A TA OF VFR TFC 11 O'CLOCK 3500 FT CIRCLING. OUR TCASII GAVE TA FOLLOWED BY MONITOR VERT SPD; FOLLOWED BY RA TO CLB. AS THE TCASII WAS 'TALKING' ATC WAS GIVING US A R TURN TO A 360 DEG HDG WHEN ABLE DIRECT MHT VOR AT 4000 FT. CAPT DID NOT HAVE TFC IN SIGHT AND FOLLOWED RA FROM TCASII. THE RESULT FROM THE RA CLB CREATED AN ADDITIONAL CONFLICT FROM 5000 FT TFC. ATC RESOLVED CONFLICT AND KEPT US AT 5000 FT; WITH FURTHER CLB TO 12000 FT. THE SITUATION OCCURRED BECAUSE OF THE RESPONSE OF THE PF (CAPT) TO A TCASII RA COMMAND.
