Narrative:

Gear indication problem: upon landing gear extension on medium large transport aircraft we got a right landing red unsafe light. The green down and locked did not illuminate. We followed company cockpit operating procedures. Depressurized cabin. I, first officer, went to look at down and locked through periscope in cabin. Visually verified right main landing gear was down and locked. Made normal approach and landing. No problem and taxied to gate.
