Narrative:
When landing gear came up after takeoff, the aft cargo door light came on. When going to flaps 5 degrees, we felt a buffeting and I felt a depressurization in my ears. The cargo door was open and we were depressurized. We coordinated a visual approach to return and land at little rock. At no time during taxiing did the aft cargo door light come on. Landing was made without incident. The whole incident was handled very professionally by all crew members. All checklists were accomplished and all communications were taken care of. Everyone seemed to 'stay ahead of the airplane.'
