Narrative:

While taxiing the aircraft to parking in bos, I was in control of the aircraft. 2 ramp agents were directing us. As we pulled into the area we had an aircraft on the left and a jetway on the right. We were pulling in to make a 180 degree turn. I stopped the aircraft and had the 2 ramp agents confirm the tail was clear of the jetway. I had the go ahead signal from both agents. As I slowly turned the aircraft, the tail contacted the jetway. This area is not well lit and later, 1 ramp agent was trying to signal the other but neither had lighted wands. We use this parking spot on a regular basis and now they have finally moved the jetway. The damaged area is the right outboard elevator.
