Narrative:
Enclosed please find copies of the weight and balance and daily log sheet for a charter flight, I did on 3/92, from fort lauderdale to guantanamo bay naval base. I completed my calculations based on figures provided to me by our agent(south) on duty, which to the best of everyone's knowledge were accurate. Since the flight was a charter flight, no individual name(south) were documented, nor kept on file, in accordance with the regulatory requirements applicable to schedule flts. Therefore, at this point it is impossible to backtrack and doublechk the accuracy of names and weights, which FAA based on information received from an anonymous caller, more than likely our competitor, and pure speculation alleges may have been inaccurate. I believe FAA should only initiate investigations of this kind, based on facts alone and not false allegations by anonymous callers. I also believe procedures should be implemented as to avoid abuse of the FAA hot line by malicious individuals with ulterior motives. FAA should also be reminded that everyone is innocent until proven guilty and not vice-versa.

Title: AIR TAXI PLT ACCUSED OF OPERATING ACFT IN VIOLATION OF FARS PERTAINING TO ACFT WT AND BAL MANIFEST. RPT RECEIVED LATE, AFTER GRACE PERIOD.
Narrative: ENCLOSED PLEASE FIND COPIES OF THE WT AND BAL AND DAILY LOG SHEET FOR A CHARTER FLT, I DID ON 3/92, FROM FORT LAUDERDALE TO GUANTANAMO BAY NAVAL BASE.
