Narrative:
Before level off at 350 the forward outflow valve closed light came on. We had a small puppy in the forward cargo bin. After contacting dispatch and maintenance control it was decided a landing at oma was needed so that the puppy would not freeze. After landing the puppy was found to be in good shape. The flight continued to den with no live animals in the forward cargo bin.
