Narrative:

Descending into cvg, we leveled at 11000 ft on an altimeter of 3004. As we leveled off and discovered the altimeter was actually 3034, we descended a little more to correct this error. This, and other errors I made throughout the day, were a direct result of fatigue brought on by the drastic change in my sleep pattern. I was not fully adjusted until the following day.

Title: AN MLG AIR CARRIER CREW MISSET THEIR ALTIMETERS ON DSCNT.

Narrative: DSNDING INTO CVG, WE LEVELED AT 11000 FT ON AN ALTIMETER OF 3004. AS WE LEVELED OFF AND DISCOVERED THE ALTIMETER WAS ACTUALLY 3034, WE DSNDED A LITTLE MORE TO CORRECT THIS ERROR. THIS, AND OTHER ERRORS I MADE THROUGHOUT THE DAY, WERE A DIRECT RESULT OF FATIGUE BROUGHT ON BY THE DRASTIC CHANGE IN MY SLEEP PATTERN. I WAS NOT FULLY ADJUSTED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY.
