Narrative:
Established on 30L GS/localizer assigned speed 170 KTS approximately 3000-3500 ft 4 mi out. TCASII TA, then RA to descend. First officer looked out right window and saw a commuter light transport 200 ft away passing our aircraft intending to land on 30R. I turned aircraft left and descended not sure whether he ever saw us, though bay approach on 3 occasions asked other crew did they have large transport in sight. I looked out first officer window and saw light transport even with and passing our aircraft. Tower noted conflict. Continued to landing on 30 left other aircraft continued to landing 30R. Very close. Passenger on board observed with concern.
