Narrative:
While on ILS approach to runway 9 at pbi, sighted a low flying ultralight at 1500 ft by approach control. While spotting this, did not see until last min two-tone green manned ultralight at 10 O'clock position our altitude (4000 ft). We missed him by 100 yards. He was taking evasive action. We were on localizer and GS to runway 9 pbi. Autoplt coupled. 14 mi from touchdown. Reported incident to ATC by radio and telephone on ground pbi.

Narrative: WHILE ON ILS APCH TO RWY 9 AT PBI, SIGHTED A LOW FLYING ULTRALIGHT AT 1500 FT BY APCH CTL.
