Narrative:
Aircraft observed on TCASII as yellow traffic with no altitude readout. We began immediately to visually look for the traffic. New york approach then told us of the traffic at 10 O'clock and 2 mi no altitude read out. Seconds after that I picked up the traffic visually and saw that the aircraft was converging from our left and to stay out of his way I had to climb. I also noted the other aircraft started climbing as I started climbing. Just as the aircraft passed underneath and behind my aircraft I saw that pilot initiate a turn to the left. (I believe). I could only climb 500 ft though and turn right due to other conflicting traffic from new york that was at 4000 ft passing left to right. I feel that the TCASII and new york's help allowed us to make the proper adjustments to our flight path in order to avoid both conflicts.

Title: LTT COMMUTER HAS TFC VISUALLY, GOT TCASII TA. MUST TAKE EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID.
Narrative: ACFT OBSERVED ON TCASII AS YELLOW TFC WITH NO ALT READOUT. WE BEGAN IMMEDIATELY TO VISUALLY LOOK FOR THE TFC. NEW YORK APCH THEN TOLD US OF THE TFC AT 10 O'CLOCK AND 2 MI NO ALT READ OUT. SECONDS AFTER THAT I PICKED UP THE TFC VISUALLY AND SAW THAT THE ACFT WAS CONVERGING FROM OUR L AND TO STAY OUT OF HIS WAY I HAD TO CLB. I ALSO NOTED THE OTHER ACFT STARTED CLBING AS I STARTED CLBING. JUST AS THE ACFT PASSED UNDERNEATH AND BEHIND MY ACFT I SAW THAT PLT INITIATE A TURN TO THE L. (I BELIEVE). I COULD ONLY CLB 500 FT THOUGH AND TURN R DUE TO OTHER CONFLICTING TFC FROM NEW YORK THAT WAS AT 4000 FT PASSING L TO R. I FEEL THAT THE TCASII AND NEW YORK'S HELP ALLOWED US TO MAKE THE PROPER ADJUSTMENTS TO OUR FLT PATH IN ORDER TO AVOID BOTH CONFLICTS.
