Narrative:

En route from sna to stl approximately 40 NM west of butler VOR on j- 134 at 33000 ft. I was flying the aircraft. The right engine fuel pressure low light illuminated. Shortly thereafter, the right engine failed. Concurrently, the right electrical system failed to cross-tie, resulting in the complete loss of my instruments. The captain assumed control of the aircraft and diverted to mci. I completed the engine failure checklist and all other appropriate checklists. The landing at mci was uneventful.
