Narrative:
Due to a medical emergency, we informed stl approach that we would exceed 250 KTS below 10000 ft MSL until time to slow for landing confign. We flew at about 290 KTS until final vectors for landing. ATC cooperation was great! Passenger was conscious and alert as paramedics removed him from aircraft.

Narrative: DUE TO A MEDICAL EMER, WE INFORMED STL APCH THAT WE WOULD EXCEED 250 KTS BELOW 10000 FT MSL UNTIL TIME TO SLOW FOR LNDG CONFIGN. WE FLEW AT ABOUT 290 KTS UNTIL FINAL VECTORS FOR LNDG. ATC COOPERATION WAS GREAT! PAX WAS CONSCIOUS AND ALERT AS PARAMEDICS REMOVED HIM FROM ACFT.
