Narrative:

Air carrier X at cruise at FL330 received TCASII RA for traffic at 11 O'clock. Initiated TCASII RA directed straight ahead climb to FL340 plus. ZFW then directed right turn to 180 degrees heading from present 073 degree course. We declined turn due to TCASII RA climb priority. Other aircraft Y appeared to initiate descent, passing 2000 ft below us. Center never mentioned conflicting traffic until after evasive actions were initiated. No other transmissions were received from center or acknowledged by us.

CTR NEVER MENTIONED CONFLICTING TFC UNTIL AFTER EVASIVE ACTIONS WERE INITIATED. NO OTHER TRANSMISSIONS WERE RECEIVED FROM CTR OR ACKNOWLEDGED BY US.
