Narrative:
Inbound to refil intersection on the scurry 2 arrival -- scy radial 296 degrees approximately 30 DME at 11000 MSL, we received a TCASII alert. Intruder position 1 O'clock TA plus 03. I turned 10 degrees left. Placing the intruder at the 0230 position. Next, we received an RA to descend. We descended to 10500 MSL. Received clear of conflict and climbed back to 11000 MSL. ATC then advised 'traffic 2 O'clock 11500 MSL.' we never saw the traffic.
