Narrative:

After takeoff on climb out at 7000 ft the engine fire warning activated. Both nacelle temperature gauges on #3 engine were in the fire range and the #3 fire light was illuminated. The engine fire checklist was accomplished with the left fire bottle being discharged. The fire light went out and fuel dump was initiated. After coordinating for emergency equipment and having the lead flight attendant prepare the cabin, we dumped 110000 pounds of fuel to our maximum landing weight of 585000 pounds. Landing was uneventful and the aircraft was taxied to gate after an inspection of #3 engine and the brakes was accomplished.
