Narrative:

I was working light transport at FL220 when R37 called with a point- out on cpr X requesting a descent to FL190. I approved point-out reference light transport. At this time, I did not have a handoff on air carrier Y. When I got air carrier Y, I was concerned about air carrier Y overtaking light transport. The data block on cpr X showed descending to FL230. R37 put descending to 190 in data block just as the 2 aircraft passed and cpr X started down with 2.7 mi and 700 ft.
