Narrative:
The captain landed in pueblo and was clearing runway 17. I, the PNF, read back the tower's instructions to taxi clear of runway 17, and hold short of 26R. After that I was involved in PNF duties which are required. The captain passed the hold line for runway 26R. I told him to stop which he did, but well past the hold line. There was no traffic conflict. Taxiing out for departure, the captain contacted ground for clearance. The tower instructed us to taxi to runway 8L hold short of runway 8R. The captain read back the instructions correctly. I thought while I was again involved in required non flying duties. The captain did not hold short of runway 8R as instructed. The tower told us to hold our position immediately, which was in the threshold for runway 8R. Next the tower made a single-engine small aircraft go around from short final. Our flight operations should demand that all non-flying duties be done prior to aircraft movement to enable both crew members to be involved in safe movement of the airplane.

Title: 2 RWY INCURSION, ONE ON THE WAY IN, THE OTHER ON THE WAY OUT OF TERMINAL.
Narrative: THE CAPT LANDED IN PUEBLO AND WAS CLRING RWY 17. I, THE PNF, READ BACK THE TWR'S INSTRUCTIONS TO TAXI CLR OF RWY 17, AND HOLD SHORT OF 26R. AFTER THAT I WAS INVOLVED IN PNF DUTIES WHICH ARE REQUIRED. THE CAPT PASSED THE HOLD LINE FOR RWY 26R. I TOLD HIM TO STOP WHICH HE DID, BUT WELL PAST THE HOLD LINE. THERE WAS NO TFC CONFLICT. TAXIING OUT FOR DEP, THE CAPT CONTACTED GND FOR CLRNC. THE TWR INSTRUCTED US TO TAXI TO RWY 8L HOLD SHORT OF RWY 8R. THE CAPT READ BACK THE INSTRUCTIONS CORRECTLY. I THOUGHT WHILE I WAS AGAIN INVOLVED IN REQUIRED NON FLYING DUTIES. THE CAPT DID NOT HOLD SHORT OF RWY 8R AS INSTRUCTED. THE TWR TOLD US TO HOLD OUR POS IMMEDIATELY, WHICH WAS IN THE THRESHOLD FOR RWY 8R. NEXT THE TWR MADE A SINGLE-ENG SMA GAR FROM SHORT FINAL. OUR FLT OPS SHOULD DEMAND THAT ALL NON-FLYING DUTIES BE DONE PRIOR TO ACFT MOVEMENT TO ENABLE BOTH CREW MEMBERS TO BE INVOLVED IN SAFE MOVEMENT OF THE AIRPLANE.
