Narrative:
On sep/xa/99 I had to taxi a B727-200 series aircraft. The tail number was xyz. From gate xx to the hangar, I got clearance like I was supposed to, from pushback at gate xx. Then ground tower said to proceed and hold short of taxiway Y. Then left turn on taxiway Y to runway 31R and cross runway 4R and follow company aircraft in front of me. Then tower said to follow company aircraft to taxiway north and to hangar. While I was crossing runway 4L behind company aircraft, tower said I should have held short of runway 4L, which I thought tower said to follow company aircraft to parking at hangar.

Title: A B727-200 WHILE TAXIING FROM TERMINAL TO HANGAR, TECHNICIANS MISUNDERSTOOD GND CTLR INSTRUCTIONS AND EXPERIENCED A RWY INCURSION.
Narrative: ON SEP/XA/99 I HAD TO TAXI A B727-200 SERIES ACFT. THE TAIL NUMBER WAS XYZ. FROM GATE XX TO THE HANGAR, I GOT CLRNC LIKE I WAS SUPPOSED TO, FROM PUSHBACK AT GATE XX. THEN GND TWR SAID TO PROCEED AND HOLD SHORT OF TXWY Y. THEN L TURN ON TXWY Y TO RWY 31R AND CROSS RWY 4R AND FOLLOW COMPANY ACFT IN FRONT OF ME. THEN TWR SAID TO FOLLOW COMPANY ACFT TO TXWY N AND TO HANGAR. WHILE I WAS XING RWY 4L BEHIND COMPANY ACFT, TWR SAID I SHOULD HAVE HELD SHORT OF RWY 4L, WHICH I THOUGHT TWR SAID TO FOLLOW COMPANY ACFT TO PARKING AT HANGAR.
