Narrative:
Instructed by ZID to cross cheri intersection at 11000 ft at 250 KTS. We made the crossing at 11000 ft but in excess of 250 KTS. I was slow in deploying speed brakes when I saw a need for them. I will take corrective action sooner next time.

Title: CAPT OF ACR WDB ACFT DID NOT ADHERE TO A SPD XING RESTRICTION DURING DSCNT.
Narrative: INSTRUCTED BY ZID TO CROSS CHERI INTXN AT 11000 FT AT 250 KTS. WE MADE THE XING AT 11000 FT BUT IN EXCESS OF 250 KTS. I WAS SLOW IN DEPLOYING SPD BRAKES WHEN I SAW A NEED FOR THEM. I WILL TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTION SOONER NEXT TIME.
