Narrative:
Received TCASII RA, climb at 2000 FPM. Complied. Climbed at 3000 FPM, stopped climb at FL295 when alert abated. Descended immediately back to FL290. Center was notified during the RA maneuver. Herein the problem lies. Center controller on 133.72 MHZ, took exception because he had called the traffic. We followed the RA.

Title: ALTDEV ALT EXCURSION.
Narrative: RECEIVED TCASII RA, CLB AT 2000 FPM. COMPLIED. CLBED AT 3000 FPM, STOPPED CLB AT FL295 WHEN ALERT ABATED. DSNDED IMMEDIATELY BACK TO FL290. CTR WAS NOTIFIED DURING THE RA MANEUVER. HEREIN THE PROBLEM LIES. CTR CTLR ON 133.72 MHZ, TOOK EXCEPTION BECAUSE HE HAD CALLED THE TFC. WE FOLLOWED THE RA.
