Narrative:
While attempting a touch and go landing at 1o2 near lakeport, ca, (clear lake) in small aircraft. The propeller struck the runway on second touchdown (first touchdown resulted in bouncing off the runway) with the engine at idle thrust. Bent propeller tips were not discovered until shutting down engine on return to home base at O69. Contributing factor was lack of experience in the type airplane.
