Narrative:
In getting vectored for the 10R ILS, I lost my radio. It took a few mins for me to discover loss of communications. I tried several channels different radio was able on departure to make contact. They said that I was 40 mi off course to go direct to battle ground. At 4000 ft, vectored back to runway 10R ILS. Asked maintain maximum forward speed. Lost autoplt and radio again. About 2 mins out on 099 degrees, went left of course about 1 mi. Broke out of the fog about 450 ft MSL. Landed at pearson airpark, washington. After getting back on the ground, I called pdx tower and thanked them. They were very cool in this situation. (This was not at their request.)
