Narrative:

Xx airlines intentionally does not comply with far 135.65(B) and far 135.81(a),(B). Pilots cannot write a discrepancy into the aircraft log without permission from the maintenance inspector in farmington. The inspector pressures the pilot to fly the aircraft to a maintenance base before writing up a discrepancy. If the discrepancy is not written up the aircraft is not broken, is the reasoning. So when the item is not in the MEL, you can't fly if the discrepancy is in writing so don't write it. So pilots routinely fly with broken items not written up to get somewhere to fix it. Unless somebody conveniently forgets to fix it and the aircraft is switched to another pilot who may not know it is broken and may not notice it so it won't have to be fixed for a while. So far 135.65(B) is routinely ignored to make the schedule flow. Have somebody ask to see the maintenance supervisor's log of telephone calls and the computer listing of broken items that the pilots send in every night on the reservations computer. Obviously the telephone sheet and the computer list and the aircraft log will not be the same, and only the airplane log will be available to the pilots so the company intentionally violates far 135.65. Each pilot has to buy a copy of the airman information manual and far 91.135 before the ground school when he is hired. But the company does not comply with far 135.81(a) and (B) by making current information materials available to each pilot in their employment. After a pilot is hired the company does not ever give copies of the books or pay to buy updated copies. Each base should have one in each airplane, or something if they do not buy a copy for each pilot, right? Have somebody ask for proof they do it, they do not do it. I have been reprimanded for refusing to operate with discrepancies that made the airplane illegal to fly and I am tired of their cheap attitude compromising safety. But I say yes, ok, because I do not want to be fired. But I will not let them kill me.

Title: COMMUTER COMPANY ROUTINELY VIOLATES FARS.

Narrative: XX AIRLINES INTENTIONALLY DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FAR 135.65(B) AND FAR 135.81(A),(B). PLTS CANNOT WRITE A DISCREPANCY INTO THE ACFT LOG WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE MAINT INSPECTOR IN FARMINGTON. THE INSPECTOR PRESSURES THE PLT TO FLY THE ACFT TO A MAINT BASE BEFORE WRITING UP A DISCREPANCY. IF THE DISCREPANCY IS NOT WRITTEN UP THE ACFT IS NOT BROKEN, IS THE REASONING. SO WHEN THE ITEM IS NOT IN THE MEL, YOU CAN'T FLY IF THE DISCREPANCY IS IN WRITING SO DON'T WRITE IT. SO PLTS ROUTINELY FLY WITH BROKEN ITEMS NOT WRITTEN UP TO GET SOMEWHERE TO FIX IT. UNLESS SOMEBODY CONVENIENTLY FORGETS TO FIX IT AND THE ACFT IS SWITCHED TO ANOTHER PLT WHO MAY NOT KNOW IT IS BROKEN AND MAY NOT NOTICE IT SO IT WON'T HAVE TO BE FIXED FOR A WHILE. SO FAR 135.65(B) IS ROUTINELY IGNORED TO MAKE THE SCHEDULE FLOW. HAVE SOMEBODY ASK TO SEE THE MAINT SUPVR'S LOG OF TELEPHONE CALLS AND THE COMPUTER LISTING OF BROKEN ITEMS THAT THE PLTS SEND IN EVERY NIGHT ON THE RESERVATIONS COMPUTER. OBVIOUSLY THE TELEPHONE SHEET AND THE COMPUTER LIST AND THE ACFT LOG WILL NOT BE THE SAME, AND ONLY THE AIRPLANE LOG WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE PLTS SO THE COMPANY INTENTIONALLY VIOLATES FAR 135.65. EACH PLT HAS TO BUY A COPY OF THE AIRMAN INFO MANUAL AND FAR 91.135 BEFORE THE GND SCHOOL WHEN HE IS HIRED. BUT THE COMPANY DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FAR 135.81(A) AND (B) BY MAKING CURRENT INFO MATERIALS AVAILABLE TO EACH PLT IN THEIR EMPLOYMENT. AFTER A PLT IS HIRED THE COMPANY DOES NOT EVER GIVE COPIES OF THE BOOKS OR PAY TO BUY UPDATED COPIES. EACH BASE SHOULD HAVE ONE IN EACH AIRPLANE, OR SOMETHING IF THEY DO NOT BUY A COPY FOR EACH PLT, RIGHT?
