Narrative:
Cleared to taxi to runway 23R. I asked the controller for help to get there as I made my way out to 23R. This is a very confusing intersection to find 34L since 28-23L all cross at this point. To make a long story short, I made a wrong turn on 23L instead of 23R. I had to make a left 360 degree turn on 23L back out to taxiway Z and 23R. Better signs would make this area a whole lot better.

Narrative: CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 23R. I ASKED THE CTLR FOR HELP TO GET THERE AS I MADE MY WAY OUT TO 23R. THIS IS A VERY CONFUSING INTXN TO FIND 34L SINCE 28-23L ALL CROSS AT THIS POINT. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, I MADE A WRONG TURN ON 23L INSTEAD OF 23R. I HAD TO MAKE A L 360 DEG TURN ON 23L BACK OUT TO TAXIWAY Z AND 23R. BETTER SIGNS WOULD MAKE THIS AREA A WHOLE LOT BETTER.
