Narrative:
Left yqm for bos. Forecast was for 1/4 mi visibility at ETA, sa was 1/4 mi and 6000 RVR. Company mins are 1800 RVR, or 1/2 mi. Far 135.219 flight left yqm to bos, forecast for 1/4 mi at ETA, flight needed 1/2 mi. Crew interpreted the forecast wrong. Being more careful, reading WX. Working as a first officer, I advised the captain that the WX was below mins. When they boarded up 45 min later, I figured he had gotten an update and the WX had come up. Should have checked with him.
