Narrative:
FAA inspectors questioned our decision not to de-ice between flts. Time between flts was 16 mins. The airframe was inspected and found clean prior to taxi. Light snow was falling with outside air temperature of approximately 34 degrees F. Snow melted on impact with aircraft.

Title: ACR LTT ACFT WAS OBSERVED DEPARTING IN SNOWING CONDITIONS WITHOUT DEICING BY FAA INSPECTORS.
Narrative: FAA INSPECTORS QUESTIONED OUR DECISION NOT TO DE-ICE BTWN FLTS. TIME BTWN FLTS WAS 16 MINS. THE AIRFRAME WAS INSPECTED AND FOUND CLEAN PRIOR TO TAXI. LIGHT SNOW WAS FALLING WITH OUTSIDE AIR TEMP OF APPROX 34 DEGS F. SNOW MELTED ON IMPACT WITH ACFT.
