Narrative:
Received TCASII conflict alert with sswbound aircraft also at FL410. ATC then issued a panic call, first to me and then other aircraft to turn right 50 degrees immediately, expedite. My first officer and I both had visual contact with other aircraft prior to TCASII warning, which came at 6.5 NM. Both aircraft turned away from each other and we passed at 3 NM.
