Narrative:
*Reporter is a pilot of an experimental high performance type aircraft and was on final behind 2 small aircraft's, the first of which had not cleared the runway. Seeing a problem, mr X declared a go around and was in position of about to pass the second small aircraft when that small aircraft called a go around and in order to keep that small aircraft in sight, mr X reduced altitude to insure separation in the see and avoid concept as he passed the second small aircraft flown by mr Y. The upshot of it all was that mr Y, a CFI with spi on board, got very angry and aggressive on the ground and verbally insulted mr X in front of a group of other observers who later stated that mr X had performed properly, particularly considering the speed differences of the 2 aircraft. There was a meeting held later that didn't resolve anything and now mr X, by this report and a copy to FAA FSDO, is wanting mr Y to be flight checked for his instructor pilot proficiency is now in doubt, at least by mr X.

Title: NMAC CLAIMED BY OVERTAKEN ACFT DURING GAR AT NON TWR ARPT UNICOM. EVASIVE ACTION GAR.
Narrative: *RPTR IS A PLT OF AN EXPERIMENTAL HIGH PERFORMANCE TYPE ACFT AND WAS ON FINAL BEHIND 2 SMA'S, THE FIRST OF WHICH HAD NOT CLRED THE RWY. SEEING A PROB, MR X DECLARED A GAR AND WAS IN POS OF ABOUT TO PASS THE SECOND SMA WHEN THAT SMA CALLED A GAR AND IN ORDER TO KEEP THAT SMA IN SIGHT, MR X REDUCED ALT TO INSURE SEPARATION IN THE SEE AND AVOID CONCEPT AS HE PASSED THE SECOND SMA FLOWN BY MR Y. THE UPSHOT OF IT ALL WAS THAT MR Y, A CFI WITH SPI ON BOARD, GOT VERY ANGRY AND AGGRESSIVE ON THE GND AND VERBALLY INSULTED MR X IN FRONT OF A GROUP OF OTHER OBSERVERS WHO LATER STATED THAT MR X HAD PERFORMED PROPERLY, PARTICULARLY CONSIDERING THE SPD DIFFERENCES OF THE 2 ACFT. THERE WAS A MEETING HELD LATER THAT DIDN'T RESOLVE ANYTHING AND NOW MR X, BY THIS RPT AND A COPY TO FAA FSDO, IS WANTING MR Y TO BE FLT CHKED FOR HIS INSTRUCTOR PLT PROFICIENCY IS NOW IN DOUBT, AT LEAST BY MR X.
