Narrative:
Balloon landing approximately 6-7 mph (light winds). Otherwise normal landing. Routine landing, not windy or severe, passenger failed to protect himself from impact, was ready, but trying to protect clothing from getting dirty, fell onto his own ankle (twisted under him) and sustained a fracture. We immediately transported him (with ice on) to nearest minor emergency for treatment. Reported to insurance as a medical pay claim to cover his medical expenses. Paid for the initial treatment.
