Narrative:
I was cleared into position and hold to runway 26L at phx, I was told to expect an immediate departure/takeoff clearance due to an air carrier medium large transport on final. I taxied onto runway 26L and waited for a takeoff clearance. Silence. After continued silence I queried the tower, 'are we cleared for takeoff on 26L' -- the response came back 'yes, cleared for immediate takeoff. Cancel that remain in position, air carrier go around.' only seconds earlier I had clearly heard my clearance to position and hold, then once on the runway I must have gotten into a radio blind spot for I heard nothing until I queried the tower. Later the same day I called phx tower to speak with them about it. They told me that they had moved their radio antennas 2 months prior and they were having difficulties hearing aircraft in that area on the ground control frequencys but had not had any problems in that area with tower frequencys. I was told that they would report the difficulty as I reported it to them. Apparently the tower had given me 3 takeoff clrncs. None of which I heard. I have taken off on that runway before without any radio blindspot problems.

Title: GA PLT ISSUED A CLRNC TO TAXI INTO POS AND HOLD THEN LOST RADIO CONTACT WITH LCL CTL. ACR ON FINAL APCH GIVEN A GAR.
Narrative: I WAS CLRED INTO POS AND HOLD TO RWY 26L AT PHX, I WAS TOLD TO EXPECT AN IMMEDIATE DEP/TKOF CLRNC DUE TO AN ACR MLG ON FINAL. I TAXIED ONTO RWY 26L AND WAITED FOR A TKOF CLRNC. SILENCE. AFTER CONTINUED SILENCE I QUERIED THE TWR, 'ARE WE CLRED FOR TKOF ON 26L' -- THE RESPONSE CAME BACK 'YES, CLRED FOR IMMEDIATE TKOF. CANCEL THAT REMAIN IN POS, ACR GAR.' ONLY SECONDS EARLIER I HAD CLRLY HEARD MY CLRNC TO POS AND HOLD, THEN ONCE ON THE RWY I MUST HAVE GOTTEN INTO A RADIO BLIND SPOT FOR I HEARD NOTHING UNTIL I QUERIED THE TWR. LATER THE SAME DAY I CALLED PHX TWR TO SPEAK WITH THEM ABOUT IT. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD MOVED THEIR RADIO ANTENNAS 2 MONTHS PRIOR AND THEY WERE HAVING DIFFICULTIES HEARING ACFT IN THAT AREA ON THE GND CTL FREQS BUT HAD NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS IN THAT AREA WITH TWR FREQS. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD RPT THE DIFFICULTY AS I RPTED IT TO THEM. APPARENTLY THE TWR HAD GIVEN ME 3 TKOF CLRNCS. NONE OF WHICH I HEARD. I HAVE TAKEN OFF ON THAT RWY BEFORE WITHOUT ANY RADIO BLINDSPOT PROBLEMS.
