Narrative:

After landing, the tower called a flame under the aircraft. I told the tower that we were evacing the aircraft on the runway to check the problem. I turned the mixture to cutoff, turned fuel valve off, all electrical switches off, and master switch off, evacuate/evacuationed the aircraft. The fire seemed to be extinguished, but emptied a fire extinguisher in the cowling anyway. Nobody was hurt and minor cowling damage was encountered.
