Narrative:
I took off from salina municipal airport going IFR to wichita mid continent airport. FSS had issued a severe icing SIGMET for the area, it was calling for occasional moderate to severe icing. I got a PIREP 1 min before departure, from an small transport disputing the SIGMET for icing. En route I got an additional report from wichita approach disputing the SIGMET for icing. The flight went as normal. I did not pick up any ice at all during the entire flight.
