Narrative:
On arrival to dfw at 11000 ft, received TCASII RA to climb. Followed TCASII climb to 11500 ft. Reported to ATC. TCASII reported 'clear of conflict.' we descended back to 11000 ft. Probably the result of departing aircraft from dfw climbing to 10000 ft. The problem is TCASII does not know altitude that aircraft are cleared to.

Narrative: ON ARR TO DFW AT 11000 FT, RECEIVED TCASII RA TO CLB. FOLLOWED TCASII CLB TO 11500 FT. RPTED TO ATC. TCASII RPTED 'CLR OF CONFLICT.' WE DSNDED BACK TO 11000 FT. PROBABLY THE RESULT OF DEPARTING ACFT FROM DFW CLBING TO 10000 FT. THE PROB IS TCASII DOES NOT KNOW ALT THAT ACFT ARE CLRED TO.
