Narrative:
A widebody transport was on left downwind vector for ILS 36L. Approximately 3 mi southwest of snork, he was told to turn left to 100 degrees. After he started his turn, he advised me that he received an RA on traffic. He took no noticeable action except to descend by 300 ft. I advised him that I observed no traffic in the area except on final to pie, well west of his position and operating below 2000 ft. He said the traffic was 2100 ft that the RA was issued on.
