Narrative:

After starting descent from 12000 ft MSL at approximately 11000 ft MSL one engine on my medium large transport aircraft flamed out. We completed the checklist for in-flight start but had no N2 indication. So we didn't attempt to restart. Complete checklists for landing and made a flap 15 degrees landing with no other problems. I don't know what was wrong with the engine. We had the fire trucks called out to be ready.
