Narrative:
Just after level off at 33000, CSD low oil pressure light came on #1 CSD was disconnected and after communicating with dispatch decision was to divert back to sea (departure point). APU was put on MEL the previous night in pit before aircraft was flown to sea. Overweight landing was made in sea (126000 pounds). Sink rate less than 100 ft and landing was very smooth. After #1 CSD fixed, overweight landing inspection completed and #1 main tire changed flight was redispatched and 5 hours late.
