Narrative:
Air carrier X steady heading 090 degrees on left downwind 4 mi from runway 27L localizer, advised controller of TCASII RA to descend. The controller noticed a 300 ft descent. 1 other aircraft in close proximity 2000 ft above same heading and air carrier Y 4 mi laterally separated opposite direction on localizer. Communication was after air carrier X had performed maneuver.
