Narrative:
While aircraft was under my control it had unknowing to me rolled into a tug, putting a hole into the radar dome.flight ord to cak. 6 passenger were on board. Parking brake was found to be off after the collision, even though in the before start check the brake handle was confirmed on or set in park. Maybe we should paint the brake lever yellow to distinguish it and make it more visible. I also blamed myself verbally, and in a panic to take those words back, I pressed the cockpit voice recorder erase button. This device is too easy to erase. The button should be guarded and you have to hold it on (in) 10 seconds or more to erase.

Title: ACFT DAMAGED IN RAMP OP ACFT DEP PROC.
Narrative: WHILE ACFT WAS UNDER MY CTL IT HAD UNKNOWING TO ME ROLLED INTO A TUG, PUTTING A HOLE INTO THE RADAR DOME.FLT ORD TO CAK. 6 PAX WERE ON BOARD.
