Narrative:

After takeoff, oil pressure climbed steadily to red line. Oil temperature climbed into yellow arc. Accomplished abnormal procedures for high oil temperature -- some help. Temperature remained abnormally high. Returned to departure airport with emergency equipment standing by. Did not shut down engine, rather operated it at reduced power.
