Narrative:
A fence was recently erected at cle airport FAA parking area. The fence is approximately 2 ft away from parking apron with its associated tie-downs. I believe that it presents a hazard to aircraft that are parking, especially at night.

Title: A FLT INSTRUCTOR STATES THAT A FENCE HAS BEEN PLACED TOO CLOSE TO THE TIE-DOWNS AT THE CLE FAA ACFT PARKING AREA.
Narrative: A FENCE WAS RECENTLY ERECTED AT CLE ARPT FAA PARKING AREA. THE FENCE IS APPROX 2 FT AWAY FROM PARKING APRON WITH ITS ASSOCIATED TIE-DOWNS. I BELIEVE THAT IT PRESENTS A HAZARD TO ACFT THAT ARE PARKING, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.
